Return policy

Most Eduvy classroom packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. The pack should be unused and in its original packaging. This matches Amazon’s standard return window. The 30 days start on the delivery date, not the order date.

Holiday window

Packs purchased from November 1 through December 31 can be returned through January 31 of the following year. That is the same extended window Amazon uses on Amazon.com.

Buy with Prime orders

Start the return from Your Orders in the Amazon account that placed the order, or from the email Amazon sent. Amazon provides the return method and issues the refund. The return-by date Amazon shows on that order is the one that applies. Buy with Prime purchases are also covered by the Amazon Pay A-to-z Guarantee.

Orders placed directly with Eduvy

Email eduvysupport.com within 30 days of delivery and include the order number. We send a return method. The refund goes back to the original payment method after we receive the pack. If the pack arrived damaged or defective, we refund without waiting on a return, or we send a replacement.

Condition

• Unused packs in the original box, with the accessories that came in it, are refunded in full. We do not charge a restocking fee.
• A pack that is defective or arrived damaged can be returned even if the box was opened.
• Missing pieces, heavy wear, or a pack that was used in a classroom can reduce or refuse the refund.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. Amazon issues the refund for a Buy with Prime order. Eduvy issues the refund for an order paid directly to us.
